RESERVATION PROCESS
IMPORTANT REMINDER
Requests will be on a first come, first serve principle based on the date and time of your submission.
POLICIES
Submit a reservation request. If the requested space is available, it will be placed on hold for 48 hours.
To hold the space beyond 48 hours, a $50 payment must be made. This deposit will hold the space for up to 7 days.
If a Reservation Agreement is not completed within the 7-day hold period, the space will be released and the $50 deposit will be refunded to the homeowner.
If your event is scheduled outside of regular hours, management must confirm availability before the reservation is approved.
Once the Reservation Agreement and full payment are submitted, your reservation is confirmed. If you cancel at least 72 hours before the event, a refund will be issued minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
